Today in Trump Insanity:
"White House plan to help pay for border wall is a long shot"

Basically, he's calling for $18 billion in cuts to medical research and infrastructure in order to pay for the border wall.
Putting aside the medical research issue (you know, unimportant things like working on cures for cancer), President Trump apparently can't even remember what he's promising on a day-to-day basis.

So, President Trump, what is it... spend big on infrastructure or gut the country's infrastructure spending to pay for a stupid wall that quite a few admit will not work and is highly unfeasible to construct considering geography and other factors.
